About NICCI
Established on 14 November 1994, the Nigerian-Indian Chamber of
Commerce and Industry (NICCI) is dedicated to promoting and
stimulating trade, investment, and economic cooperation between
Nigeria and India. NICCI provides a structured platform for
Nigerian and Indian businesses to engage, collaborate, and address
shared interests while strengthening bilateral economic relations
between both countries.
With a membership of over 150 Nigerian and Indian companies across
multiple sectors, NICCI represents businesses operating in
manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, information
technology, telecommunications, banking and finance, energy and
power, oil and gas, infrastructure and construction, logistics and
shipping, trading and commerce, healthcare, education, consumer
goods, and professional services.
NICCI actively advocates policies that support member operations,
foster a conducive business environment, and strengthen foreign
investment and bilateral trade between Nigeria and India.
The High Commissioner of India to Nigeria serves as the Honorary
President of NICCI, reflecting the Chamber’s strong partnership
with the Indian High Commission and its commitment to advancing
Nigeria–India business relations.
